The AHRI Board of Directors and staff look forward to welcoming you to the La Quinta Resort & Club for the 2024 AHRI Leadership Forum! Nestled within 45 acres of lush, vibrant gardens and winding pathways, La Quinta Resort & Club beckons with its charming hacienda-style casitas, artfully clustered around 41 inviting pools.

November temperatures average 79 degrees high and 52 degrees low.

Recommended Attire

Suggested dress for the general sessions, committee and product group meetings, breakfasts, and lunches is resort/country club casual. Casual attire, including dress shorts and jeans, is recommended for both the Sunday and Monday evening receptions. The desert evenings will be chilly; please pack layers or a jacket!

Registration

Registration for the AHRI Leadership Forum is open only to employees of member companies, qualified sponsoring company representatives, working press representatives, and invited guests. Please note that some sessions are invitation-only.

    Early Registration (by Sept. 27): $900.00
    Regular Registration (Sept. 27 – Oct. 25): $950.00
    Late Registration (after Oct. 25 and on-site): $1,000.00

    AHRI accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

    The registration fee covers attendance at all general sessions and committee and product group meetings; the Welcome Reception and Dinner; the Annual Chairman’s Breakfast, Industry Awards, and Keynote Speaker; Monday’s Reception and Dinner; and the Incoming Chairman’s Lunch, Sports Awards, and closing Keynote Speaker. Sporting events, sightseeing tours, and the spouse event are priced separately and are not included in the registration fee. Please include payment for these activities with your registration fee.

    Spouse/Guest Registration

    The registration fee for a spouse or guest (not a business colleague) accompanying a member registrant is complimentary and entitles them to attend the Welcome Reception and Dinner; Annual Chairman’s Breakfast, Industry Awards, and Keynote Speaker; Monday’s Reception and Dinner; and the Incoming Chairman’s Lunch, Sports Awards and closing Keynote Speaker. Spouses and guests may not attend committee or product group meetings.

    When registering your guest, please ensure you provide their email address in the required email entry field on the registration page.

    To Register

    Please check the appropriate areas of the registration form to indicate which sessions, committee meetings, product group meetings, social functions, sports activities, and tours you and your spouse/guest will attend. Your registration confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide.

    Please complete the Registration Questions section of the registration form by listing the following information, if applicable: your emergency contact information; dietary restrictions; golf handicap and foursome request; rental club request; tennis rating; any tour restrictions; your t-shirt size if you are participating in the Rees Scholarship Foundation 5K Fun Run/Walk; and any other personal information we might need to make your participation more enjoyable.

    If you have already registered and need to add your spouse/guest or otherwise modify your registration, please follow these steps:

    • Log in with your email and password
    • Click on the “My Transactions” tab
    • Scroll down and click the “Add Spouse” or “Add Session” link next to the event title, AHRI 2024 Leadership Forum.

    NOTE: Please ensure you do not click “Add Session” next to “Spouse” if you are adding sessions to your own agenda.  
    Section heading: Important Dates

    Online registration for the Leadership Forum will close at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, November 8, after which registration will be available on-site only, during the following dates and times:

    Saturday, November 16

    12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

    Sunday, November 17

    7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    Monday, November 18

    6:30 AM – 6:00 PM

    Tuesday, November 19

    7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

     

    Registration is complimentary for the first two (2) representatives from a qualified working press organization, after which employees from the same company will be charged the full registration fee.

    Registration cancelations will incur a $150 administrative fee. Refunds will be provided, less the $150 fee, if AHRI receives a cancelation notice via email by October 25. After October 25, no refunds will be provided, but attendee substitutions will be allowed. To cancel or request a substitution, email the events team at [email protected]

    The AHRI policy pertaining to private group social functions during the period of the Leadership Forum is as follows: 

    "Member companies are encouraged to avoid scheduling any private group social functions during the period of the AHRI Leadership Forum. If any such functions are held, they should be scheduled in all cases to avoid any conflict with programmed AHRI meetings or social functions."
