Hotel Reservations

The Leadership Forum group rate for a standard casita is $289 per room, per night, plus state and local taxes. Please refer to the link below for more information. The resort fee is $10 per room, per night, plus tax, which includes unlimited use of the fitness center; in-room coffee service; high-speed Internet access; shuttle for individual transfers to and from the resort and the PGA West Golf Courses; golf bag storage; lawn games; local, toll-free, and credit card calls (no access fee); and complimentary self and valet parking.

The AHRI group rate will be in effect November 11-23, 2024, based on availability. If you reserve a room through another outlet at a nightly rate lower than the $289 AHRI group rate, please notify Christine Gutermuth to help AHRI track member bookings at the resort.

Thursday, October 22, 2024, is the guest room reservation cutoff date, after which reservations may be made only on a space-and rate-available basis.

Cancelation Policy

Hotel guests may cancel their guest room reservation up to three (3) days prior to their scheduled arrival date. Cancelation or changes to reservations within three (3) days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a cancelation fee equal to one night’s room and tax.

Check-In/Check-Out

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.; check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Early Departure Fee

Hotel guests who check out before their confirmed checkout date will incur an early checkout fee of one night’s room and tax. To avoid this fee, please confirm your departure date at the time of check-in.

Transportation

The Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is 20 miles (a 35-minute drive) from the resort. Ride-sharing apps and taxis are available at the airport.

Cardiff Limousine and Transportation of Palm Springs is the La Quinta Resort & Club’s recommended private transportation company. Meeting attendees can visit their website here for more information.
