Maggie Molina
Executive Director, Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships
Maggie Molina is Executive Director of Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships (NEEP), a regional nonprofit that advances energy efficiency in homes, buildings, and communities to lower bills, reduce pollution, and create a sustainable energy economy. She is a nationally recognized leader in energy efficiency with experience advancing climate and clean energy policy in government and the nonprofit sector. From 2020-23, she served as Branch Chief of the State and Local Climate and Energy Program at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Prior to that, Maggie served as Senior Director for Policy at the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE), where she led policy, research, and strategy for federal, state, and local policymakers and the private sector. Maggie holds a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University and a Master of Engineering and Public Policy from the University of Maryland.
